Big Game hunting in Pakistan

Itinerary - (TYPICAL)
Day 1 Islamabad - Rawalpindi
Arrive at Islamabad. Transfer to hotel. Evening city tour of Islamabad and rawalpindi.Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 Islamabad - Besham
Drive on the KKH towards our Besham. This is a wonderful drive on the Karakoram Highway. Enroute we shall be visiting stone carvings at chilas. Pass by view points of Nanga Parbat and Rakaposhi peaks. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 - Day 8 Besham - Hunting area
From Besham we shall further travel by road or by air to northern areas of Pakistan. We may need to travel further by road close to the hunt and even trek/hike to get even closer to view the wildlife. After spending atleast 2-3 days close by or in the hunting area we shall leave the hunting area back to civilisation for overnight at hotel.
Day 9 Hunting area- Besham
After the visit to the habitats we return back to Islamabad with our stop over at Besham. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 Islamabad - Destination
Flight to destination.

Permission of hunting trophies involves several fees i.e. the permit cost involves payment to local government,local communities and local hunting scouts. Amount is deposited before arrival of the hunter in the country so that the paperwork could be completed in advance. Only 20 hunting permits are issued each year by the government. It is clearly advised to take advantage early to avoid any dissapointment.The permit allows just a single hunter to shoot a single trohpy during the winter hunting season starting from 1st November each year.
